Registration of the patient is done in the registration counter at Out Patient Department (OPD) from 8:00am – 3:00Pm. (Sunday – Friday ) Registration is a process by which a patient’s name and identity are enrolled into the record of the hospital. This is the first step to generate a medical record of the patient in which all medical details of the patient are documented.
